Plaza Real - America Ward - 50 Years
We went to the Plaza Real last Thursday. These bushes were shaped like animals, I liked the Llama.
We bought some cheese from Arequipa at a little Cheese Tienda by the mall. It's good cheese and not too expensive.
Yesterday, the 10th was Marie's birthday. She would have been 97. We miss her.

I took these pictures on the way to church yesterday.
We went to the America Ward for church today. This ward is in the Palermo Chapel. Sister Emma Alva led the music and is always so sweet. We love her! I wish I'd have taken her picture.
We sat by Luciana and Martin Se Flores Nole Sellaron. They were in our session and then sealed on May 4th. She's in the Primary Presidency and he's in the Young Men's in their Ward. Such a sweet couple.
Today was Elder Stevens last day in the mission, the people in the Ward really care about him, he will be missed. He went home today to Texas, we think.

These are some pictures I took on the way home from church.
Cabbage on the curb and bookshelves being sold behind.
There were bookshelves all along this street.
Rabbits and birds for sale
50 years ago Bill and President Casós came to Peru together as young Elders. Wayne came 40 years ago. The church has grown so much in those years and the members are wonderful, faithful, members. Now we have the great blessing of serving in the beautiful temple here.
We are so blessed.
