Barrio Umagollo

This morning Wayne and I went to Barrio Umagollo.  The meeting started at 9:30 am. We went to this ward last week.  We were able to see some temple workers in this ward.  

  While we waited for the meeting to start, we took this selfie.  

I sure love Wayne!

Elder Contreras from Provo and Elder Aho from Kansas

They were fun to talk to and they both speak English.

The parents of Elder Contreras are Peruvian.  His mother was from San Martin de Poras, which was the first area Wayne served in in Lima 45 years ago. 

This is the Zimba family.  The mother Natalie serves as the coordinator for the sisters in the temple on Tuesday morning.  She was very disappointed to find out we were only serving a 6 month mission.  She thought we'd be in Arequipa for 2 years.  Sorry, I can't do that again.
