Our Apartment

We live in a beautiful apartment!  It has very nice furnishing and will be a wonderful place to live.  

The Living Room -- We live on the back side and end of the building so we can't see the temple, but 
when we look out the windows, we have a beautiful view of Misty, the volcano.

This Don Bosco picture is by the side of the back living room window next to Wayne's desk.
 It's hand carved and is three dimensional.  

The Bedroom

I love pictures like this.  It hangs in our bedroom.

Kitchen
We have a big pantry where I stood to take the picture.
The kitchen has everything we need to cook food.
The missionaries here gave us some things to eat until we could get to the store.
Brother and Sister Doxey invited us to have lunch with them.  She made chicken vegetable soup which was really good.

To the left there is a big closet with a stacked washer and dryer.

We spent the afternoon unpacking and putting things away.  Wayne set up the computer on the desk area so he can still do work while we're here. 

Wayne's Desk

After we got things put away, we went for a walk around the temple grounds just as the sun was starting to set.  Such a pretty temple and the grounds were beautiful too.

I liked the tree to the left.  It has the prettiest white trumpet blossoms that smell nice.  

I love this picture!!  I'm not really good at taking pictures, but this one will be a favorite!  

I think it might get framed when we get home.  

It's nice to finally be here.
